Dress of the week February 2nd

Good morning Ladies and happy Sunday to you! Welcome to February and a step closer to Spring. According to Punxsatawney Phil (breaking news!) Spring is on the way! All I know is that there is always 6 more weeks of Winter in Minnesota ! I have to say though it is an unusual Winter this year , there is plenty of snow on the ground but the temperature right now is 45F . I will take it. Yesterday February 1st was the first day of Spring in Ireland and by mid February the Daffodils are starting to rise from the ground.

As I said in my last post our little guy stayed home from preschool on Monday . We took him to the doctor and turns out he had a sinus infection , he is on medication and doing much better. Our Daughter got a nice surprise Yesterday ( I knew already in advance!) when her Grandparents surprised her with a trip to Las Vegas! ( they will be keeping her away from the casino’s !!) It is more family friendly these days. They leave on Thursday night February 13th and return on the 17th . They plan on taking each Grandchild somewhere as they get older.

Yesterday was a quiet day at home, this morning we went to Church and had a pancake breakfast afterwards, so good! We will watch the superbowl later , I will root for Kansas City as my friend Courtney and her husband Jake are fans and are attending the game!

  1. Hi Terri! How nice of the grandparents to take your daughter on a trip, glad they won’t be gambling! 🙂 While in Seattle last year, the daffodils were already blooming! Looking forward to seeing them here, but it may take a while even if Punxsatawney Phil says spring is on the way. 🙂

Another pretty dress, perfect for Valentine’s Day!

    1. Yes, it was nice of the grandparents to take her ! They have left the Frozen Tundra, It was minus 15 Fahrenheit yesterday. I was thinking that spring Does come early in Seattle also. I don’t think Punxsutawney Phil has ever been to, Minnesota. ! The dress would be really nice for today in a warmer climate. Happy Saint Valentine’s Day to you Carmen, Terri xoxo ❤❤
