Dress of the week January 26th

Good  morning  Ladies !  Just  like  last  week  it  is  cold  in  Minnesota  again(surprise!) Today  it  is  minus  4 f (minus  22c)  which  will  feel  balmy  compared  to  the  projected  HIGH TEMP  of  -15f  on  Wednesday with  the  low  being  -25f (-31c)   I  have  not  seen  cold  like  this  since  moving  to  Minnesota. The  schools  are  project  to  be  off Tuesday and Wednesday which  is  a  good  idea!

Last  weekend  we  had  fun  with  our  friends  on  Saturday  swimming  at  a  local  municipal  community  center. It  was  a little  stressful  changing as  there  was  only  one  stall  per  family  so it  took  a while  but  we  got  through  it. Then  it  was  back  to  their  house  and  we  made  our  homemade  pizza’s and  the  kids    all  played .  On  Sunday  we  had  Church  and  then  it  was  football in  the  evening. We  watched the  New  England  and  Kansas City game  .  It  was  very  close  with  the  patriots  just  managing  to  win  in  the  end. I  feel  for  my  blogging  friend Courtney  Her  husband  is  a big  Kansas  city  fan  and  if  they  won  were  going  to  go  to  the  Superbowl!  We  had  our  regular Monday  to  Friday  week and  then  last  night  we all  went  to Outback  steakhouse.    Before  kids as  a  young(er!) man  and  woman  we  went  there quite  regular!  Our  city  is  having  a  community  expo  Today with  all  the  businesses and  Organisations  turning  out.  We  might  stroll  over   and  check  it  out.

Please  rate out  of  10 this ASL dot faux  wrap dress from  Macy’s see here

You  might  need  to  add  some  opaque tights and  a  jacket  depending  on  where  you  live!   Have  a great  weekend  all, Terri  xoxo.

  1. Oh goodness, stay warm! That is sooo cold. We’re in the 40s/50s and may have snow Tuesday. I am crossing my fingers we do, since Jake is off Tuesday. Aw I was so sad about Kansas City, but maybe they’ll go next year. This dress is gorgeous. I actually bought a polka dot one recently.

    1. I will stay warm Courtney!! They should be able to come back and reach the superbowl next year. Chiffon is such a nice material and polka dots are always cute on a dress. Thanks for stopping by , take care and enjoy the snow, Terri xo.
