Dress of the week April 28

Good  morning  Ladies!  How  are  you  today?  I  am  awake  at  my  usual  saturday  time of between  6-7 am  as  my  5  year  old  is  ready  to   be awake   early!   It  is  easier  though  to  wake  as  it  is  light  outside  and  spring  is  in  full  flow. We  are  seeing  the  early  stages  of  growth,  the  grass  is  turning  green  and  the  plants  are  starting  to  peek  out  too.   We  are  planning  on  putting  up  our  trampoline  today  as  the  kids  love  it  and  they  can  use  up   their  energy  jumping  on  it  .  Our  daughter  has  started  softball  practice  and  has a  tournament  Sunday.  She  is  now  one  of  the  senior  members  on  the  10u team ,  her  last  year  at  that  level. They  had  picture  day  during  the  week  and  a  cute team  pic  was  taken.  Do  you  have  kids  in  sports  this  year?

Dress of the week April 21

Hello  all  ,  how  are  you  today?     We  are  waking  up  to  spring  temps today  as  the  last  few  inches  of  a  15  inch  storm start  to  melt! We  are  going  to  be  in  the  60s F  ( 15c)  We  were  able  to  get  out  this  week  and  go  for   a walk  with  the  kids  and  just  be  out  in  nature  without  bundling  up in  coats  and  gloves!  The  grass  is  starting  to  green  and  the  tree  buds  are  showing. Today  we  are  going  to  the  childrens  museum  in  St.  Paul  with  another  couple  and  their  kids  2  boys  and    the  Mom  is  pregnant with  a  baby  girl!     Tomorrow  I  am  coordinating  the  last  coffee  and  donuts  of  the  year  at  church.  I  love  this  ministry ,  and  being  able  to  provide this  event  where  people  can  mingle  and  chat  after  church is  over.

Dress of the week April 14

Good  morning  Ladies!!  I  am  staying  positive  despite  the  winter storm  that  is  taking  place  outside  my  window. The  winter  that  refuses  to  leave  is  dumping  more  white  stuff  on  us .   They  tell us  to  expect  11-15  inches  of  snow  by  Sunday  at  7pm.   It  will  be  a  weekend  to  hunker  down. We  were  planning  to  go  to  the  childrens  museum  in  St  Paul  but  travelling  will  be  too  difficult.  We  will  come  up   with  a  new  plan! Dress of the week April 7

Good  morning  ladies  , welcome  to  April  in  Minnesota   10f  or  -12c  !  We  have  snow  on  the  ground  with  more  promised  on  Sunday!! I  am  not  feeling  this  winter  in  springtime  feeling. It  just  refuses  to  leave  , but  i  think  the  temps  are  going  to  rise  next  week.   We  had  a  nice  Easter  weekend,  we  celebrated  with  extended  family  on  saturday  ,  and  went  to  Church  and  had  quiet  family  time  on  Sunday. It  is  such a  great  feeling  on  Easter  Sunday  knowing  that  Jesus  has  risen  from  the  dead  to save  us  from  our  sins  and  be  reunited  with  God,  halleluia!  The  kids  had  a  snow  day  tuesday  (we  got 4 inches)   but  the  rest  of  the  week  went  as  normal juggling  family  life!
