Hello to all my beautiful followers , another weekend has arrived which is my cue to write to you all! We have not done a lot of exciting stuff apart from booking a trip to Ireland in June. I am so excited to go, and show the kids the country! It will be fun I am sure , after going through 2 airports to get there( no direct flights from here) It will come right after the kids finish school for the summer. This weekend we are just having quiet family again. Next weekend we will be celebrating Saint Patricks day so hopefully will get to a parade . I get disillusioned when I see stores having four leaf clovers on apparel for St. Patricks day, the clover has nothing to do with the day, he used a shamrock to show the people of Ireland that there are 3 persons in the trinity father son and holy spirit. Please rate out of 10 this A line street chic floral midi . See here Have a lovely weekend and week ahead, hugs, Terri xo.
Lovely dress, will you be wearing one like this to travel? So happy for you, I’ve never been to Ireland but my cousin has been there several times and raves about it. She lives in Germany, flights are very reasonable.
As for Patrick, he was not actually Irish, he was born in what is now Scotland and sold into slavery to Ireland at about 16 years of age. He eventually escaped and became a Christian, then went back to Ireland to preach the Gospel – the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ. 🙂
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘

I would love to wear one like this but us adults will be chasing 4 kids around , It might be hard in heels and a dress! , but maybe flats would work. It is a beautiful country! It is good trivia on St. Patrick, he was inspired by the word of God thrpugh Jesus Christ to save the people of Ireland. Have a lovelyday Dear, hugs, Terri❤

The obsession with a spring long coming is obvious in your recent dress offerings Terri. And not without reason living where you do.
And it has to be awarded a solid 9. Colours are cool but with a warm floral contrast and a lovely flare.
Your family must be excited at the thought of the impending trip to Ireland to be sure to be sure.
While my ancestry is Irish I have never been there but it seems everyone who travels there falls in love with the place and its people.
You will probably all return with thick brogues.
Have a good week.

I love that dress! A 10 from me, Terri!
What a fun trip that will be! Are you from Ireland? I almost accompanied my husband to Ireland in the early 90s; he was going for business. My grandmother needed help after hip surgery, so I decided to use my vacation time to help her instead.
Thank you for the four-leaf clover and three-leaf clover trivia; I had no idea. I’ve always loved the patches of clover that grow in our yard. We sometimes mow around them to keep them there for the bees. I think they are beautiful, and they now will hold extra special meaning for me.
Have a great weekend, Terri! ❤

Thank you so much Cindy for rating and stopping by! I am from Ireland originally, you would have loved the trip. You should try and go, direct flights out of O’Hare! You are welcome on the trivia, you can see why I don’t like seeing the 4 leaves compared to the 3. They are beautiful. Enjoy the rest of your weekend my Friend, hugs Terri xo. P.S. – Say hi to all the Girls!
